MEET THE TEAM
Wanaka
Matt Suddaby is based in our Wanaka office. He trained in Cromwell under Charlie Hughes in the 1990s and then travelled and worked in the UK, Denmark and Poland. Upon return to New Zealand in 2001, Matt established the Wanaka branch of C Hughes and Associates.
Matt has been responsible for many large-scale rural surveys in the area, having completed tenure review surveys of Mt Aspiring, Pisa, Glen Dene, Mt Difficulty, and Wentworth Stations amongst others.
Matt particularly enjoys providing bespoke solutions for his clients, helping to realise the development potential of their land. He also loves complex cadastral surveys.
When not at work, Matt enjoys telemark skiing, ultra-trail running and hiking in NZ and abroad.
Cromwell
Campbell Hills has been based in our Cromwell office since 2014, when he moved back to New Zealand after working for a large-scale multidisciplinary company in Mackay, Australia. He took over management of our Cromwell office at the end of 2020.
Campbell has been responsible for various rural and residential subdivisions in the Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes districts, as well as large-scale rural tenure review surveys in other parts of Otago and South Canterbury.
Campbell focuses on providing quality planning and design solutions for his clients, with a special interest in technological and visualisation solutions. He strongly believes that a systematic approach in the early stages of land development will ensure the remainder of the process is as smooth as possible.
In his spare time, Campbell enjoys spending time with his young family and enjoying the many great recreational activities on offer in the region, such as skiing, mountain biking, trail running/hiking and sailing.
Wanaka
Jack Lister began working in our Wanaka office in 2006. Since then, Jack has been fortunate to have worked on many complex and interesting projects in the area, both large-scale and bespoke.
Jack enjoys helping clients through their entire subdivision journey, and he particularly enjoys new challenges and finding practical solutions to difficult problems. Jack is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and has prepared many survey datasets in the area.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family and is a passionate mountain biker, skier, and motorcyclist.
